HEARING CONCERN

Much of the work of Hearing Concern, a National Registered Charity, is done behind the scenes.
It is active in lobbying the goverment on many matters to aid the Hard of Hearing in Britain.
Several of the more visible activities include the following.

Help Line

A National Help Line is available to give personal and confidential advise to anyone calling the following Lo-Cost number.

Advisor Service

Personal help on matters relating to hearing matters can be obtained from Hearing Concern's network of local Qualified Advisors.
An Advisor can also give help on minor hearing aid problems, such as cleaning and changing tubing.

Sympathetic Hearing Scheme

A service to help train employees how to give Hard of Hearing and Deaf customers the respect they deserve.
